Energy View

When we are involved in organizations, it happens some rationally inexplicable things : an important practice itself block, a person or a group change the manner towards the organization, the customers demonstrate weird requests or are looking for alternative….

In fundamental we are perceivers of energy, but often we are not aware of it ;however we are pleased to become it, because it is an innate skill, that our ancestors had already discovered and developed to levels unimaginable for us.

We can rediscover our perceiving faculty, because to unconscious level we point out it, we feel if something is working well.

The organizations that work to high level, undergo all a series of troubles, stress, that is energies, that is absolutely necessary to individualize, to know them and to transform them in harmony with the actual deeper identity.

The businesses, the organizations, can be seen like a collective energy body, and it offers a unity, an awareness and a conscience, so as to put them in a position to face in the best way the daily reality, and to survive in the future, although the changes and the individuals that make them.

The energy body become an entity to grow, feed and nurse but it is possible also acting.

We can identify if the energy flows are running too much, others are stagnant, others advance where we don't need, not apt for the moment, otherwise we can recognize virtuous flows, to feed and sustain.
