Workshop" Energy View" dynamics for the focus and the development of the inner gifts for individual and group

To be able perceive in other way the world, we should activate our energy view, in the individual sphere, in the relational and also in the work. The workshop across three typologies of experiences is an opening to the reality like energy that flows, in which all is available if we are ready to pick it. To obtain it we should get ready us with the body, with the mind, with the emotions and with the spirit.

The yoga posture reactivates the body, opening the relevant energy centers. The breathings make flow, across of the channels mapped from thousands of years, the vital energy. We can test this energy that runs in the vital centers giving physical well-being and inner silence. The meditation, with the breathing, visualization and the use of the sounds refresher the mind, getting used release us the negative thoughts, the anger and the tensions. These exercises are able then to be applied also in the daily life, testing, when it is necessity , the change of the conscience

The Inner Journey, across the use of knowledge used from ancient periods, allows us to reach a spiritual inner world, spiritual, powerful, with compassion and wisdom.

Through a rhythmic beat, the drum allows to enter, across a timely journey, in the reality "not ordinary", where all is possible, without time and space.

We meet our spirits, that there will be of help to satisfy our requests of wisdom and healing. It will be known inner places from where gain power (spiritual) or simply to relax and to regenerate.

The Firewalking is an unforgettable experience. Across the focus, the concentration, the intention to reach a goal but above all with the spirit of the group of participants, exceed themselves the limits of the body and mind, the barriers of fear are beat down and all the other barriers that block our inner growth. The contact with the element fire, gives us the energy for the daily activity , stimulates our energy part. The force of the group allows feeling the "collective energy body", an entity that it is formed when a group where exists harmony and common focus.

The workshop is based on three days, is held from three teachers of Energy View, that alternating, give rhythms, intensity and varied integral experiences between them
